I am a vibrant, warm, and passionate first-generation Mexican-American woman with strong Mexica Aztecatl indigenous roots. Though I have spent many of the latter years of my life studying with Indigenous teachers and plant allies, my first and most profound teacher came in the form of severe childhood trauma that resulted in PTSD very early in my life.
