Multidimensional Energy Work Healing Session
This heartfelt offering is an energy medicine ceremony for your multidimensional being. It is a powerful energetic cleanse, reset, and alignment. By working with your innate source energy, we amplify coherence in your field and open you to reconnect with your own natural healing energy to release blocks and enable pure source energy to reset your energy system and regulate your nervous system. As a channel, I also help you liberate stagnant energy and emotions through my movement, sound, song, and breath. Sessions work across physical, spiritual, and emotional dimensions and bring you into alignment with multidimensional clarity, vitality, health, and wellbeing.
Grandfather Fire Personal Prayer
In the times we find ourselves in, desperate for meaning and belonging, the timeless indigenous wisdom of our ancestors through prayer can ease us through challenging moments. This offering is a gracious invocation in which you and I gather as human hearts to plead with the divine heart. When a prayer is invoked through ritual, it allows for the influx of the divine flow of the universe to bless us on our path, to accompany us, to guide us, to illuminate us. These prayers may be called upon for various reasons including seeking guidance during difficult times, seeking comfort and strength during times of distress, praying for healing from illnesses or injuries, and more.
Soul-Led Coaching
Are you feeling a little stuck or lost on your journey? These spiritual coaching sessions are designed to teach you how to lead yourself to your highest purpose and most joyful expression by gaining insight on your process, path, and blocks. We explore your soul’s journey in this life and work with root cause to help you release conditioning and trauma, identify what is not in alignment, create a roadmap towards your most self-empowered, focused, and spiritually-driven and aligned self, and come up with next steps together.
Home or Event Collective Prayer/Blessing
Living in ritual through prayer and blessing is a way of life - integral to living in alignment and presence as active participants in co-creation with life - grieving and honoring what was and simultaneously making way for what is being called in. Community prayers and blessings honor life’s thresholds - moving to a new home, having children, rites of passage - and offer comfort, encouragement, and confidence for making the transition from a known and familiar world into new and uncharted territory.
Copal Energy Limpia Home Cleanse
This cleansing ritual is performed with intention, focusing on the desired outcome of cleansing and restoration. It also involves connecting with nature and the four sacred elements. Before we begin, we will call in the four directions and will invoke the support of our healed ancestors and spirit guides of light and the highest order. Utilizing my Tlemaitl (my sacred fire-carrying and smudging tool), the smoke of copal resin, these copal limpias cleanse people, spaces, and/or objects from negative or stagnant energy.
Exploring Our Indigenous Identity Teen Workshop
This interactive and engaging workshop inspires teens to reconnect with their indigenous roots. Geared towards Mexican/Guatemalan teens, this workshop guides them through learning about Mexica Aztecatl and Maya history, identity, resiliency, and beauty. We optimize energy and communication in the body, follow higher self and innate guidance, work with the patterns and mind, and give permission for healing and transformation to occur.
